How Tracking Statuses Are Created
As a FastEx parcel moves, it is scanned at each handover point. Each scan records the time, the place and a short note. These scans update the tracking record, so senders and receivers can follow the parcel from pickup to delivery.
FastEx delivers to the door. It does not use bus terminal collection. So the statuses show the parcel being sorted at hubs, travelling between cities and being given to a rider, not arriving at a bus terminal.

General Educational Status Reference
This table is a general educational reference to typical delivery steps. FastEx may word its statuses differently, and we have not confirmed them yet.
Shipment registered under FastEx’s Door-to-Door Courier Home Delivery or Globex International Courier service.
Moving between FastEx sorting points, or clearing customs if traveling under Globex International Courier.
Assigned to a FastEx rider for final doorstep handover today.
Handed over to the recipient; COD payment collected and reconciled if applicable.
Delivery attempt unsuccessful — contact a FastEx Express Center or the helpline to resolve.
Chronological Delivery Stages Explained
The five main steps every FastEx parcel goes through.
Information Received / Consignment Booked
This first status means a shipping label has been created in the FastEx system. For online orders, this happens when the shop prints the airway bill. The parcel may still be at the shop, waiting to be picked up.
What to do: Wait. The next scan appears once FastEx collects the parcel and it reaches the first hub.
Arrived at Origin Hub / In Transit
The parcel has reached a FastEx sorting hub, where it is sorted to go to the delivery city. While it travels between cities, there may be no new scans.
What to do: Nothing yet. How long the trip takes depends on the route, so check again later.
Received at Destination Delivery Branch
The parcel has reached the local FastEx delivery branch for your area. Parcels are sorted there each morning, usually between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and put on a rider’s delivery list.
What to do: Your parcel is now in your area and should go out for delivery soon.
Out for Delivery
A rider has your parcel and is making the day’s deliveries, usually between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. The rider usually calls the phone number on the label shortly before arriving.
What to do: Keep your phone on. If it is a Cash on Delivery order, have the right amount ready in cash.
Delivered / Completed
The parcel has been handed to you, or to someone at the address. The rider records the receiver’s name, and any COD cash is recorded as paid.
What to do: Keep the packing with the tracking barcode in case you need it for a return or warranty.
Common Delivery Exception Scans
When a delivery cannot be completed, a problem status is recorded. Knowing why helps you sort it out quickly:
The rider came but nobody was there, or could not reach you by phone. FastEx tries to deliver twice. The parcel is kept at the local branch for 48 to 72 hours, so call the helpline to arrange another delivery.
The address is missing details such as the street, house number or a landmark. Call customer support to give clear directions.
Because of weather, road closures or time running out, the parcel went back to the local branch and will be tried again.

What Causes Each Update
Each update comes from a scan made by FastEx staff when they handle the parcel:
- Warehouse Dispatch Scan: Created when the shop books the parcel. This gives it a tracking number before it is picked up.
- Hub Arrival Optical Scan: Made when the parcel is sorted at a hub, ready to go to the delivery city.
- Rider Run-Sheet Assignment: Made when the local branch puts the parcel on a rider’s delivery list for the day.
- Delivery and cash payment: Recorded by the rider when the parcel is handed over and any COD cash is paid.
Because scans only happen at handover points, it is normal to see no updates while a parcel travels between cities.
