FastEx Logistics Reference Terms of Service & Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Express Courier Rules

Browsing FastExTracking.pk or querying cargo numbers establishes an enforceable agreement under these terms. If any clause here appears unacceptable, please leave our courier information platform immediately.

FastExTracking.pk functions as an autonomous reference service for Pakistani consignors and is entirely separate from FastEx Logistics (Pvt) Ltd.

2. Acceptable Use Standards

You are granted access to check your individual FastEx courier consignments. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated crawlers, bots, or harvesting software to scrape tracking responses.
  • Flooding the web server with high-frequency calls that degrade service speed for other users.
  • Circumventing technical controls or security safeguards implemented on our network.
  • Misrepresenting our independent reference platform as an official FastEx courier booking office.

3. Non-Custodial Logistics Disclaimer

FastExTracking.pk is not a courier service provider and never handles physical parcels. We do not operate delivery vans, employ dispatch riders, or collect freight payments.

All freight delivery obligations, transit delays, package loss inquiries, and damage claims are handled exclusively by FastEx Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. To report missing parcels or delivery concerns, please call the official FastEx helpline at 03-111-007-009 or reach out to your nearest FastEx booking branch.

4. Consignment Data & Platform Availability

Status updates presented on this portal are retrieved from public courier sources. Although we strive for high precision, we make no guarantees that tracking information will always be timely, comprehensive, or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to revise, suspend, or terminate lookup features without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use

All custom articles, logistics guides, and code implementations on FastExTracking.pk are protected under copyright laws. FastEx trade names, logotypes, and courier insignia are the registered property of FastEx Logistics (Pvt) Ltd and are cited solely under nominative fair use principles.

6. Limitation of Express Delivery Liability

FastExTracking.pk cannot be held legally liable for courier transit setbacks, broken contents, misdelivered packages, or economic losses linked to shipment schedules.

7. Judicial Authority in Pakistan

These conditions are subject to the legal code of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All legal controversies arising under this document shall be decided exclusively by competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
