The code this tracker searches with. It is not the shop order number. You find it on your booking slip or in the dispatch SMS.
Doorstep Delivery
How FastEx works: a rider brings the parcel to your address. You do not collect it from a terminal.
Manifest
The booking record created before the parcel is picked up. That is why a new booking may show no scans for a while.
Exception
A general status for anything that stopped a delivery, such as a phone that could not be reached, a wrong address or a refused parcel. It needs action, not just waiting.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery: the receiver pays the rider when the parcel is delivered. Have the right amount ready.
Daewoo FastEx
FastEx is the door-to-door courier brand of Daewoo Express. Daewoo Smart Cargo works from terminal to terminal instead. They have separate bookings and separate tracking.
Proof of Delivery
The signature or name recorded at handover. Check this first if tracking says Delivered but nothing arrived.
