Seller Guide

FastEx COD Payment Cycle: Merchant Reimbursement and Settlement Guide

A plain guide for online shops and business sellers using FastEx cash on delivery: when you get paid, how to check statements and how returns affect you.

Managing Cash Flow With FastEx Cash on Delivery

Many online shoppers in Pakistan pay cash on delivery. For online sellers, how quickly the courier turns that cash into money in the bank affects how much stock they can buy.

FastEx pays COD money to sellers by bank transfer. This guide explains the payment schedule, how to check statements on the seller portal and what happens with returns.

When You Get Paid: Business Accounts vs Walk-In Sellers

How and when you are paid depends on your type of account.

Business AccountsTwice-Weekly

Business Sellers

Registered business sellers are paid twice a week. The money is sent to your bank account by Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT).

  • Statements show each tracking number (CN).
  • Payments are made by IBFT.
  • Statements are on the COD portal.
Walk-In Sellers48 Hours

Walk-In Sellers

Sellers who book single COD parcels at an express center have a 48-hour window for checking and payment after the parcel shows as delivered. Ask the counter how the payment reaches you.

  • Individual consignment note receipts.
  • Bring your CNIC if you collect anything at the counter.
  • Ask about any charges taken from your payment.

Checking Statements on codportal.daewoo.net.pk

Business sellers check their payments on the COD portal at codportal.daewoo.net.pk. It shows statements for each parcel:

What to Look For in Your Statements

Payments by parcel:A list of each delivered parcel by tracking number, with the payment for it.
Money still to come:Ask FastEx whether the portal also shows parcels still out for delivery, so you can plan for money still to come.
Bank matching:Match each payment with your bank statement to keep your records straight.

Returns (RTO) and What They Mean for You

Parcels that cannot be delivered cost sellers money. FastEx has a clear two-attempt rule:

FastEx’s Two-Attempt Delivery Rule

First try: If the buyer is not home, cannot be reached or asks for another day, the rider records a problem status such as “Customer Not Available”. The parcel is held at the local branch for 48 to 72 hours.

Second try: During that time the buyer can arrange another delivery through the helpline. If the second try also fails, or the buyer refuses the parcel, it is sent back to the seller (“Return to Origin”).

Return charges: A returned parcel means no cash is collected. Ask FastEx what return charges apply under your agreement.

If a Payment Looks Wrong

If your statement shows a deduction you did not expect, or a delivered parcel that was not paid, contact FastEx:

What to send: Give the tracking number (CN), the part of your bank statement and a screenshot of the delivery update.
