A plain guide to the FastEx delivery day: morning sorting at the hub, when riders deliver to offices and homes, the call before arrival and what to check with your center.
How the FastEx Delivery Day Works
FastEx is a door-to-door courier. It delivers online orders, documents and urgent parcels to homes and offices. You do not collect parcels from a terminal; riders bring them to you during the working day.
To plan for your delivery, it helps to know how the day works, from sorting at the hub in the morning to deliveries in the afternoon.

Morning Sorting at the Hub
Between about 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, parcels are scanned at the local hub and sorted onto riders’ delivery lists.
Morning Deliveries to Businesses
Morning rounds focus on business areas, such as offices, shops and markets.
Afternoon Deliveries to Homes
Afternoon rounds focus on homes, when people are more likely to be in.
End of the Day
Riders usually finish their rounds by about 6:00 PM. Parcels that could not be delivered are kept at the local branch for another try.

Addresses can be hard to find in busy cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad. That is why FastEx riders usually call the receiver shortly before they arrive:
Tips for Senders and Receivers
- Keep your phone on: Keep the phone number on the parcel switched on and able to take calls during delivery hours.
- Add a landmark: When you order online, add a clear landmark, such as a nearby mosque, school or market, to your address.
- Have the right cash: For a Cash on Delivery parcel, have the right amount ready, as riders may not carry much change.
Cut-Off Times: Ask Your Center
Cut-off times decide when your parcel starts its trip. We could not confirm FastEx’s exact cut-offs, so check with your Express Center or seller account:

What are FastEx’s normal delivery hours?
FastEx riders usually deliver from about 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Morning rounds focus on business areas, and afternoon rounds focus on homes.
Does the rider call before delivery?
Yes. FastEx riders usually call the receiver shortly before they arrive, to check someone is there and to confirm directions.
When are parcels sorted for delivery each day?
Parcels are sorted at the local hub each morning, usually between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and put on a rider’s delivery list for that day.
Do delivery times change in Ramadan or bad weather?
We could not confirm changes to FastEx hours during Ramadan or extreme heat. Keep your phone on and call the helpline if you are waiting for an urgent parcel.
